Welcome back, Scott Asmus

16 May 2018

…If they come back, they’re ours forever…

While forever is a long time, and we don’t want to hold Scott to that…yet, it gives us great pleasure to welcome Scott Asmus back to KJR as our General Manager for Queensland.

At a time when organisations can’t afford to get digital wrong, Scott will captain KJR’s Queensland ship focused on our vision to facilitate a future where organisations have the confidence to embrace change, so they’re always delivering exceptional experiences.

Scott first felt the KJR fire back in 2007 when he joined us as our Health Practice Manager for over two years. But as with all great explorers he left to spread his wings and grow his expertise, taking on various roles at Queensland Health up until his return to KJR in May 2018.

A sunshine state native, Scott’s career has been a pick ’n’ mix of technology-based roles stemming from his Bachelor of Informatics with a major in software engineering – programmer, database and systems admin, PC and network support, Helpdesk management, development team management, testing, test management and consultancy, service management. It’s this diversity of experience and thinking that backs Scott’s ability to have productive and insightful conversations with his team and clients alike.

Scott says: “I’m happy to see that KJR hasn’t just stagnated with its excellent testing practice but is now a full digital risk management and maturity enabler. I’m really looking forward to helping Queensland customers along their personal journey, from understanding their current position to achieving their digital ambitions. It’s time to get moving!”

Scott’s ready to chat, so please reach out to him at:
