Background
This major resort & entertainment company needed to perform daily customer risk assessments as part of evolving regulatory obligations. Existing systems could not reliably support the scale, auditability, or consistency required for this process.
The Challenge
Customer risk assessments relied on data spread across multiple platforms, with varying levels of quality and consistency. The organisation needed a reliable way to combine that information, apply assessment rules consistently, and produce outputs that could stand up to regulatory review. Failure to do so carried operational, financial, and reputational risk.
