The Challenge
A large government department was migrating from a legacy data warehouse system to a new Enquiry 2 enterprise data warehouse system to better manage sport related funding. As reporting demand increased across the department, the Business Systems team faced time consuming, repetitive requests for similar data extracts and dashboards. Inconsistent access to trusted data created delivery risk, especially for executive and ministerial reporting.
