KJR Leadership Track Program is back in 2023!

Our consultants met in Brisbane to commence their 8-month training as part of the KJR Leadership Track Program with a special workshop facilitated by Ralph Vossenberg and Jim Colonas from the Executive Consulting Group from which they can apply insights on their mindset and leadership style to their monthly learnings delivered by the senior KJR Collective.

KJR Leadership Track Program

The Leadership Track Program is one of many training programs KJR offers for our consultants in the name of continual learning and development for the benefit of themselves, their team and clients. The program provides a select number of consultants with the opportunity to build their leadership skills and mindset so they can confidently lead their Collective and client teams in line with the KJR values of Explorer, Champion, Truth-Teller and Human.

This years iteration follows a successful inaugural 2022 program. We are excited to see the this cohort work towards their leadership goals with the help of our 2022 graduates returning as program mentors.
