KJR and the UC Capitals bring corporate Canberra together

Exciting news out of the nation’s capital this week as WNBL reigning champions, the University of Canberra Capitals announced the inaugural KJR 3×3 Corporate Cup. For the uninitiated, 3×3 Basketball has been growing in popularity both in social and competitive circles as an extra fast-paced round-robin style event that can see a championship won and lost in the space of a day. The KJR 3×3 Corporate Cup will be held on Friday 4^th October and offers organisations the opportunity to buy a license, build a team and get ready for the greatest corporate challenge they’ve ever seen! KJR’s General Manager for ACT, Andrew Hammond speaks of this initiative:

Sport and business have a strong tradition of going hand in hand; and there is no better way to build and strengthen connections within the business community than some friendly competition. Participating in competitions such as the KJR 3×3 Corporate Cup we’ll give the participants a deeper understanding and appreciation of the awesome athletes the Caps are and just how hard it is to play 10 mins of basketball!
