KJR is beyond proud to have received the number one ranking for the 2019 APAC Talent Board Candidate Experience Awards Benchmark Program. What does this mean? We had over 150 people, who have been through KJR’s recruitment process, complete an independent survey and rank their experience based on a number of criteria. Benchmarked against numerous organisations across the APAC region, KJR’s results were the cream of the recruitment crop.
The CandE Awards are a global initiative and exist to enable companies to benchmark and improve their candidate experience by surveying not only people who were successful in their job application, but also those who were unsuccessful. Award winners were calculated through a comprehensive data analysis, which included four key criteria:
- The candidates’ overall ranking of their candidate experience
- The likelihood that they would reapply to the organisation
- Whether or not they would refer other job seekers to the organisation
- How the candidates would change their business relationship status with the organisation going forward based on their experience
As a service-based company, it’s the people at KJR who define our success. The results of the benchmark program demonstrate our commitment to providing all who cross paths with KJR on their career journey with an exceptional experience – from initial job applications, right through the candidate process and into onboarding and internal culture.
When it comes to candidate experience, we get by with a little help from our friends at LiveHire. Our LiveHire Talent Community has been instrumental in giving KJR the tools that helped us become number one in the APAC region. Using LiveHire makes building authentic relationships with candidates easier and allows us to extend our talent community beyond active employees. As a result, candidate applications are no longer about a ‘yes’ or ‘no’. It’s about who they are and what they’re looking for; if their skills fit the current role or could be utilised in the future. And how we can continue to support them in their career on an ongoing basis – further than the current vacancy.
Our CandE Award ranking has capped off a rewarding 2019 for KJR and its Talent and Culture team. Earlier we also saw KJR win the Bat-Signal Award for the most frequent candidate communication at the inaugural LiveHire Hiring Heroes event in Sydney.
