Over two inspiring days on the Gold Coast in late August, more than 70 members of our Collective came together to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, explore innovation, and strengthen the ties that make KJR unique.
As part of our mission to empower the next generation of tech leaders, KJR recently welcomed Year 10 student for a week-long work experience. Immersed in real-world innovation projects, from AI training to hardware audits, they explored the many pathways into technology.
The third edition of KJR’s Leadership Track Program concluded in November 2024, marking another year of transformative growth and learning for our consultants.

The KJR Leadership Track Program is back for its 3rd successive year. The 8-month structured internal program provides education and support in a real-world environment to selected KJR staff to develop their skills to become effective leaders.
After a much-anticipated wait, the KJR Collective met back on the Gold Coast for the company’s annual collaborative Co-op. The 2023 edition boasted a jam-packed agenda packaged in a star-sprinkled theme that was galactically epic! From strong collaboration to connection and clone troopers, the 2023 KJR Co-op had it all and was definitely one for the books, or perhaps the movies.
The Leadership Track Program is one of many training programs KJR offers for our consultants in the name of continual learning and development for the benefit of themselves, their team and clients. The program provides a select number of consultants with the opportunity to build their leadership skills and mindset so they can confidently lead their Collective and client teams in line with the KJR values of Explorer, Champion, Truth-Teller and Human.

Celebrating 25 years of equal opportunities for women in tech.
Our annual KJR Collective Co-Op went ahead a little differently this year, with each region gathering together to reflect on 2020 and look forward to the year ahead.
On Friday 13th November KJR’s General Manager ACT, Andrew Hammond, participated in TourX Oz, a cycling event dedicated to raising funds for the Black Dog Institute with the message ‘exercise your mood’.
